Limited editions

As well as digital giclee prints of my work, it is also possible to purchase Limited Edition hand finished monoprints that are made to order in editions of 10 or 20.

I make them by printing hand carved lino blocks using onto giclee prints on stretched canvas or fine art paper.

I use a Harrild & Sons Albion Press made in the late 1800s to print the lino block onto canvas or paper using Cranfield oil- based inks, which is an involved and painstaking process.

Although each Limited Edition print in a series uses the same lino block, I make each monoprint unique by creating patinas in the ink using textured fabric, brushes and crinkled paper.

These Limited Edition ‘hybrid’ monoprints are an example of how I like incorporate both analogue and digital print methods in my work.

Handmade Limited Edition prints are available as 50x50cm on stretched canvas or on A1 size Fabriano fine art paper.
